•  Website Hosting Your website will be hosted on our own extremely fast and reliable company servers, which are monitored and maintained by our company technical staff.  You will not have to deal with a third-party website hosting provider.  Our web servers are located in a reputable data center in America, not overseas.
•  Website Upgrades Your website will receive free software upgrades to all subsequent versions.  We will build, upload, and apply all upgrades.  You will not have to do anything.  You will be notified of all upgrades which provide you with even more great tools within your Admin Control Panel.
•  Website Back-Ups Your website and database will be automatically backed-up every night, 365 days per year.  In the unlikely event of a catastrophic hardware failure on your web server, your website and e-mail will be back on-line, probably even before you know there was a problem.

•  Domain Names Every website needs a domain name.  You can use your own domain name, or you can use a great domain name already owned by Electronic Creations.  If you use one of our domains, that will also be at no extra charge to you.

But, if you do not have a domain name, and if one of ours will not work for you, then we will help you acquire a suitable domain, either by registering a new domain name for you, or through buying one from the current owner.

Administrative Control Panel

We think you will be amazed at all you can do with your website, using your secure Admin Control Panel.  You will also find that the Control Panel is extremely well organized, and is very easy to understand and use.

Following is a summary of the many capabilities you will have, to easily customize and personalize your website, and to keep it updated when you want and exactly how you want.  Your website represents you and your office to the world, and you will have complete control over its content, and over the timeliness of any changes.

Your Admin Control Panel is divided into 6 easy-to-use sections.
Section1: Manage Website
This is the section within which you can customize and personalize your website to meet your individual needs and your taste.  Here you can:

A. Manage Color Scheme
This is the area in which you can choose the color scheme you would like to use for your website.  You can choose from quite a few pre-defined color schemes.  We will periodically add more color schemes, and will listen to requests from our users.

B. Manage Text and Pictures
You can add text and pictures to the key pages of your website.  You can also add links to community websites on your Home page.  You can designate what information you wish to gather from your website visitors who write to you through your Contact Us page.  You can also choose whether you want to use the About Us section in your website.

C. Manage Website Settings
In this area, you can designate what type of listings you will have on your website, such as property for sale and/or property for rent on real estate websites.  Here is where you can also select the geographical areas within the United States for which you provide services.

D. Request Website E-Mail
This is the area within which you can create one or more e-mail addresses that are, such as:;; and

You will be able to have professional e-mail addresses for your business.  It makes a major difference for your clients and the public to see professional e-mail addresses associated with you, your staff, and your offices.  No more GMail, Yahoo, Hotmail, ComCast, or other such e-mail addresses on your e-mails, business cards, letterhead, documents, and signs.

E. Website Administrator Info
This area provides a form for you to modify your administrator password, e-mail address, and phone numbers.
Section 2: Manage Offices
This is the section within which you can manage the information about your office or offices.  Here you can:

A. Add A New Office
You can add text and pictures about a new office, and its location, and its pertinent contact information.

B. Edit An Existing Office
You can make changes to your text and pictures about an existing office, and its location, and its pertinent contact information.

C. Delete An Existing Office
You can also remove an office from your website, if the need ever arises.

D. Select Office Display Settings
You can choose the order in which your offices will display within the About Us section of your website.  Offices can be displayed in alphabetical order by office name, in random order, or you can select a display priority for each office in the list.
Section 3: Manage Staff
This is the section within which you can manage the information about your staff. Here you can:

A. Add A New Staff Member
You can add text information and a picture about any new staff member in your office.

B. Edit An Existing Staff Member
You can change the text and picture about any staff member already shown on your website.

C. Delete An Existing Staff Member
You can also remove a staff member's profile from your website, if the need ever arises.

D. Select Staff Member Display Settings
You can also choose the order in which staff members will display within the About Us section of your website.  Staff members can be displayed in alphabetical order by first name, alphabetical order by last name, random order, or you can select a display priority for each staff member.
Section 4: Manage Listings
In this section, you can add a new listing, modify existing listing text information, add or delete pictures of a listing, or delete a listing.

A. Add A New Listing
You can add text information, and add one or more pictures, to show a new listing on your website.

B. Edit An Existing Listing
You can change the text information, and change any of the pictures, to a listing already on your website.

C. Delete An Existing Listing
When the time comes to remove a listing from your website, deleting it is extremely simple.

D. Select Listings Display Settings
You can choose the number of listings that will display on a particular web page, and you can also select the default order in which the listings will display.
Section 5: Manage Contacts
This is the section where you can view copies of all the e-mails sent to you through the Contact Us page on the website. These e-mails include all e-mail sent through the Contact Us page directly, as well as all staff member and office contacts, and all requests for an appointment.

You can also filter how e-mails are displayed, using one or more of the criteria listed below:

The Control Panel allows you to archive or store any or all e-mails for future reference.
Section 6: Request Help
On the unusual occasion that you may need some form of technical support, your Control Panel is equipped with a Support page through which you can send your request directly to the staff at Electronic Creations.  We will almost always respond within 24 hours, and probably sooner, including weekends.

1. Does Electronic Creations sell websites or domain names?
Our business is strictly the leasing of great websites, and the leasing package may or may not include a domain name.  If a lessee uses one of our domains as part of the leasing package, the domain is included at no extra charge.  We do not sell websites or domain names.  Domains are crucial for our business, therefore, we do not sell them.
2. I live and work outside the United States.  Can I still lease a website?
Our websites are designed and built for individuals and businesses, and who are living and working in the United States.  Our websites are customized for listings that are located within the geographical United States, and are further customized for the locale and service area of the particular lessee.  If and when that changes, we will post such information accordingly.
3. Why should I lease a website?  Why not just buy one?
That is an excellent question, and here are just a few of the many reasons why leasing is the way to go:

A. Cost - A professional website of the depth, complexity, functionality, stability, caliber, and general quality which we offer, would cost a minimum of $25,000 or more to have custom built, in addition to your monthly costs for technical support and hosting services.

In stark contrast, the monthly cost to lease a high-quality website from Electronic Creations is extremely small, and everything is included at no extra charge.
